Pet & People Safe Once Dry
We ask that you and your pets stay indoors during application and off the treated area until it’s dry — typically two hours or less. That keeps exposure to a minimum and keeps product where it belongs: on the lawn, not on paws or shoes.

How long should I wait before using the lawn after an application?
Most applications are liquid. Stay off the lawn until it's dry — usually less than two hours. High humidity or cool weather can stretch that out a bit.
How often will you treat my lawn?
Our Lawn Care Program runs roughly every 6–8 weeks across 8 visits a year. Mosquito Guard is about every 21 days in season. Home Guard runs on a 60-day cycle.
How much do lawn care and pest control services cost?
Lawn care pricing is based on your lawn's square footage. Mosquito and tick treatment is $59 per application for a half-acre. Mowing is priced by lot. We send a written quote — no surprises.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All of our services are contract-free. Pause, cancel, or change services at any time.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every applicator is a licensed Arkansas pesticide applicator and we carry full liability insurance.
